    Outside Agency Partners:

    The Endeavor Emergency Squad is seeking full-time and part-time candidates for EMT positions.  Please see below…

    We are currently accepting resumes for full-time and part-time employment. Endeavor is a premier 911 service in Burlington, New Jersey. Endeavor is one of 185 EMS agencies in the United States accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services. Team Endeavor services Burlington City, Burlington Township, Edgewater Park Township, Beverly City and part of Springfield Township.

    New Employee – WITHOUT Experience

    For newly certified EMTs with no experience

    Must be a certified EMT – NJ EMT or National Registry

    Must complete 100 hours of in-house basic training. The new employee will be paid $13.00/hour. At the conclusion of basic training, the new employee will complete a basic skills test. After successfully completing the test, the employee’s pay will be increased to $16.00/hour for part-time or $16.25/hour for full-time employment.

    Upon completing six months of service (post basic training and minimum of 24 hours per month) the employee will be reimbursed for ½ of the cost of their EMT course (documentation required). Upon completing an additional six months, the employee will be reimbursed for the remaining cost of their EMT course.

    Part-time employee – $250.00 Bonus – Payable in December

    Full-time employee – $500.00 Bonus – Payable in December

    The bonus is pro-rated for the time employed prior to December

    New Employee – WITH Experience

    Must be a certified EMT – NJ EMT or National Registry

    Must have at least one year of EMS experience

    Must work a minimum of 24 hours per month

    Starting Salary: Part-time – $16.00 or Full-time – $16.25

    Part-time employee – $250.00 Bonus – Payable in December

    Full-time employee – $500.00 Bonus – Payable in December

    The bonus is pro-rated for the time employed prior to December

    Benefits: Free uniforms and training. Paid time off. Reduced cost health benefits (full-time). Expanded Scope of Practice. Specialized units (bike team – rescue task force).
