TAX COLLECTOR/TREASURER – CITY OF BEVERLY is seeking a full time experienced individual with excellent financial background and holds State Certification for Tax Collector with at least a minimum of three years NJ municipal finance experience. Knowledge of Edmunds Software is a must and familiarity with Casa Payroll is a plus. Treasurer duties include general ledger maintenance, budget preparation, payroll, pension, health benefit administration, bank reconciliations, escrow management and account payable and receivables as well as any other duties assigned. Tax Collector duties include dealing with added assessments, yearly tax billings, delinquent notices and the annual tax sale. CERTIFIED MUNICIPAL FINANCE OFFICER (CMFO) – CITY OF BEVERLY Burlington County, is seeking P/T NJ CMFO with minimum of three years local government finance experience required, knowledge of Edmunds. Responsibilities include but not limited to include all statutory requirements, assisting in the preparation and oversight of the municipal budget, general ledger, debt/grant management, investment/disbursement of funds, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, pension reports, strong ability to analyze financial data, and advise on financial matters.
